About the Role
As Events & Employee Engagement Manager, you’ll be the person behind every moment at Solidgate that people actually remember. Your mission: own the full events lifecycle — internal and external — and make sure Solidgate shows up well.
We’re scaling fast across multiple countries, and the events function needs to grow with that ambition. This role exists to drive it.
⚡ This role is for a builder — someone who knows that the magic in a great event isn’t an accident. It’s a hundred small decisions made right. Every single time.
What You’ll Be Driving
Events
•
Own the full lifecycle — from the first spark of an idea to the post-event debrief nobody skips
•
Own Solidgate’s presence at conferences, partner gatherings, and industry events in Ukraine and abroad
•
Scout venues, manage vendors, and hold them to delivery — because good enough was never really your style
Merch & Gifting
•
Lead merch production end-to-end: design briefs, contractors, budgets
•
Build welcome kits and gift sets that land well — practical, personal, and worth receiving
•
Create merch that makes people ask where’d you get that
Budget & Ops
•
Build budgets, track spending — no magic tricks, just solid planning and respect for numbers
•
Handle several events at once and make sure every detail lands right
You’re a Great Fit If
•
1+ years of event management experience — the kind where you own the outcome, not just the checklist
•
English Upper-Intermediate or above — you’ll be communicating foreign partners, not just emailing them
•
You know how to run events abroad and didn’t need a manual to figure it out
•
You handle event budgets without breaking the spreadsheet
•
You know what good design looks like — and translate that into a brief a designer actually wants to work with
•
You make gift concepts people genuinely want — not just politely accept
