We’re seeking a Clinical AI Implementation Lead to own end-to-end implementation, adoption, and workflow enablement for enterprise behavioral health and healthcare customers using the Clinically AI platform.
This isn’t a traditional software implementation role focused only on deployment and go-live milestones. Success here is measured by sustained usage, behavioral adoption, and long-term workflow integration across clinical, compliance, audit, and operational teams. You’ll guide clinicians, administrators, and leadership teams through the transition from cautious experimentation to confident daily usage — helping organizations operationalize AI in a way that becomes embedded in real clinical and administrative workflows.
The role combines project management, workflow consulting, AI configuration, stakeholder leadership, and organizational change management. You’ll serve as the primary strategic and operational partner for customers throughout implementation and adoption, working across executives, therapists, compliance leaders, IT stakeholders, and frontline staff while maintaining clarity, momentum, and trust throughout the customer journey.
