About the role
We’re looking for a strategic and technically skilled Customer Identity Management Platform Architect to join our Customer Identity team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering solutions that power our evolving Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) ecosystem. This includes working with Okta, a custom-built Identity Management API, and integrations across enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Drupal, and external partner applications.

You’ll collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and user-focused identity solutions. Your work will directly support both business objectives and meaningful, seamless customer experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of solutions that support our evolving Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) ecosystem. This includes integrations with Okta, a custom-built Identity Management API, and other enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Drupal as well as external partner owned applications.
You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to define scalable, secure, and user-centric identity solutions that support both business goals and customer needs.
NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office). #LI-Hybrid

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $152,000.00 - $227,975.00
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
