Requirements

Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer-facing role

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
•
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
•
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism at all times
•
Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
•
Functional laptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise-cancelling headset
•
Quiet and distraction-free home workspace
•
Strong organizational and time management skills
•
Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms
