HR Direct is available to service customers from 9:00am to 5:00pm (AEST and AEDT). You will be required to be available to work within these hours.
As a HR Direct Consultant, you will partner with employees and people leaders across the Group, providing trusted, efficient and professional HR advice while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your primary focus will be to provide trusted HR advice and support across a broad range of employee and leader enquiries. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide practical solutions across policy interpretation, employee lifecycle enquiries, performance management, workplace concerns and conduct matters, while taking ownership of matters through to resolution where appropriate.
You will also play an important role in enabling employee and leader self-service, building stakeholder capability through coaching and education, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across HR Direct.
As technology continues to evolve, you will embrace digital and AI-enabled ways of working to enhance customer experiences and support continuous improvement.
Through this, you will contribute to HR Direct’s success by helping us exceed our customer’s expectations.
As with all roles across the bank, in order to achieve HR Direct’s high standard of customer service and satisfaction, you will be provided with targets against which your performance will be measured.
