· 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in pre-sales, solution engineering, or security consulting roles
· Strong understanding of enterprise security and network architecture
· Hands-on experience with security platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Broadcom (Symantec/Blue Coat), McAfee, or Forcepoint technologies
· Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SMTP) and security protocols (TLS/SSL, firewalls, NAT/SNAT)
· Experience with VPN technologies (IPsec, site-to-site VPN, remote access VPNs)
· Hands-on experience in integrating and implementing traffic forwarding technologies (ICAP, WCCP, PBR)
· Knowledge of proxy-based architectures and secure web gateways
· Knowledge of Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and data classifications concepts and technologies is highly desirable
· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud / Workspace), including identity, networking, and security services
· Understanding of cloud security concepts across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
· Familiarity with identity and access management (Active Directory, Azure AD, SAML, SSO, SCIM, ADFS)
· Experience with REST APIs and integration-driven architecture
· Basic to intermediate Python scripting for automation or API interaction
· Ability to write and interpret Regex, PowerShell scripts
· Experience with MAC, Linux and Windows environments for troubleshooting and administration
· Experience with endpoint management and Win / Apple ecosystem tools (e.g., Jamf)
· Exposure to Kubernetes/container environments
· Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
· Ability to translate technical security challenges into clear business value
· Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
· Experience working with enterprise or government customers in complex sales cycles is preferred
