As our Strategic Project Manager reporting to COO, you will work on high impact key initiatives across the business, you’ll drive LearnUpon’s growth, operational efficiency, and customer value. In this role, you will act as a program leader, partnering with business units to establish the frameworks, tracking metrics, and alignment required to deliver high-priority projects successfully.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading key strategic initiatives across the business, collaborating directly with the global executive team to translate high-level vision into structured execution frameworks.

Establishing clear project structures and milestone tracking to ensure global business teams remain aligned and accountable for their deliverables.

Ensuring strong communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders to maintain focus and clarity on initiatives.

Identifying potential roadblocks early and work proactively to resolve them with practical, effective solutions.

Analysing data to identify trends, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure post-execution outcomes that drive business impact.

Continuously looking for ways to enhance workflows, simplify processes, and increase efficiency across the business.
