What You’ll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician (Union title; Millwright), you’ll help maintain and repair the equipment that keeps our operation running. Working alongside experienced maintenance professionals, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to a team that values safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include:
•
Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery.
•
Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
•
Assisting with machine installations, moves, and equipment setup.
•
Supporting plant layout changes and production improvements.
•
Leveling, aligning, lubricating, and maintaining equipment.
•
Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
•
Working safely and contributing to a culture focused on continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For
•
Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, mechanical troubleshooting, manufacturing, or related trades.
•
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
•
Experience with preventative maintenance practices.
•
Welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, or fabrication experience.
•
Commitment to safety and teamwork.
•
Willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills.

Pay Range: $32-$35 per hour
