Job Description
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Run Tester. This position performs critical testing on assembled units to ensure performance meets all specifications.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
•
Set up and test refrigeration units for operation and run until stabilized
•
Troubleshoot performance issues when problems arise
•
Set up testing equipment and perform checks including compressor performance, pressure cutouts, and temperature readings
•
Test components and subassemblies according to specifications
•
Complete required reports, checklists, and rejection tags
•
Identify causes of abnormal quality conditions and report findings
•
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
•
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
•
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•
High school diploma or equivalent required
•
Previous experience in HVAC, testing, manufacturing preferred
•
Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
•
Excellent attention to detail
•
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, associates are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, vibration, extreme heat, and outdoor weather conditions. Noise levels are typically loud.
