Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings

Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information

Maintain sales records and prepare reports on sales activities

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Provide after-sales support and assistance to customers as needed
