In order to support Air Power Engineering, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an
Aircraft Systems Engineer (Multisystems) (d/f/m)
to lead the development lifecycle from initial conception, orchestrating complex functional integration while ensuring strict compliance with safety-critical ARP4754A processes. Beyond execution, this role demands a technically inquisitive professional who understands the impact of every requirement on aircraft safety and can maintain full traceability from the system level down to embedded hardware and software. You will capture requirements, execute functional allocations, and conduct safety analyses (FHA, PSSA, SSA) aligned with target Design Assurance Levels (DAL), while proactively identifying critical dependencies and mitigating technical risks in early design phases.
To address evolving paradigms in digital resource optimization, we offer training in cutting-edge concepts like Multisystems, Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA/ATA42), and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). You will help define modern development workflows that separate system architecture, application software, and platform integration tasks. If you possess an analytical mindset, thrive in high-stakes certification environments, and are passionate about redundant, highly interconnected systems, this is your opportunity to shape the core architecture of next-generation aerial platforms.
