Hold daily meetings with his team to determine the day’s targets and prepare the work co-ordination for the following day. Report outcomes to the Turnaround Manager.

Attend and report to a daily management control meeting.

To appraise the work to be carried out 3 to 4 days ahead of schedule.

Ensure all area control systems are adhered to.

Monitor the performance of personnel under your control.

Ensure the work is completed to acceptable standards and participate fully in the punch listing activities.

Produce report for Engineering Director upon completion of the shutdown, capturing lessons learnt.

Minimum Requirements for Position:
•
Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
•
More than 8 Years proven experience in engineering and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
•
Strong understanding of legal standards and maintenance best practices.
•
Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
•
Expertise in SAP maintenance module or similar maintenance management systems.
•
Experience in recruiting and leading a technical team.
•
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
•
