1) Production and Supply Planning
* Develop and maintain production plans to support customer and business demand requirements.
* Monitor production performance, capacity availability, inventory levels, cycle time, yield performance, and operational constraints to ensure supply commitments are met.
* Work with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve production-related issues impacting shipment commitments.
* Support production scheduling and lot prioritization activities to achieve operational targets.
* Analyze supply-demand gaps and recommend recovery or mitigation plans when required.
2) Capacity and Operational Management
* Support capacity planning activities by evaluating manufacturing constraints, bottlenecks, and resource utilization.
* Monitor allocation plans and ensure optimal use of manufacturing resources.
* Review operational performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Maintain planning models and validate planning assumptions to ensure planning accuracy.
3) Inventory and Manufacturing Optimization
* Manage Work-In-Process (WIP) to support cycle time and inventory optimization objectives.
* Monitor and improve inventory health, including slow-moving, aged, hold inventory and Bank inventory.
* Collaborate with planning and manufacturing teams to support site balancing and inventory optimization strategies.
4) Data Analytics and Digital Transformation
* Utilize planning and business systems such as SAP, MAM, MES, Power BI, Tableau, RPA, SQL, Python and other digital platforms to support planning activities and operational decision-making.
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Apply Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation technologies, and advanced analytics tools to improve planning efficiency, productivity, forecasting accuracy, and operational performance.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives through digital and AI-enabled solutions.
5) Stakeholder Communication
* Serve as a key communication point among manufacturing, planning, engineering, supply chain, and business teams.
* Present planning status, capacity outlook, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management.
* Drive alignment across organizations to achieve business objectives and customer commitments.
