As the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the global PMO function across the Professional Services organisation, ensuring the successful implementation of project governance, controls, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will provide leadership and guidance to a growing team of PMO Coordinators while partnering closely with Project Managers, Team Leaders, Regional Services Operations, and Global PMO stakeholders.
This role plays a critical part in driving project delivery excellence, standardizing governance practices, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with the MRI 4D Framework. You will oversee project compliance, portfolio reporting, risk management processes, resource coordination, and PMO best practices while acting as a trusted advisor to project leadership.
The successful candidate will combine strong project governance expertise with proven people leadership experience, enabling them to develop team capability, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance the overall maturity of the PMO function.
We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town office.
Please note that this position supports the UK region and therefore follows UK working hours (10:00 – 18:30 SA time and until 19:30 during daylight saving).
