Professional Sales Skillbridge Intern

Our Skillbridge program is designed to provide transitioning service members with a direct pipeline into enterprise software sales through hands-on experience, dedicated mentorship, and real-world execution.
Why This Role Exists
As a Professional Sales Skillbridge Intern, you will translate your military leadership, adaptability, and operational discipline into enterprise sales expertise. Working alongside Account Executives, Sales Mentors, and Sales Leadership, you will get hands-on experience across the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting high-value accounts to participating in strategic client meetings. Our goal is simple: prepare you for a seamless transition into a high-growth, full-time corporate sales career at Qualtrics.
What You’ll Do
Throughout your program, you will follow a structured, phased onboarding path:

Phase 1: Foundation & Mastery
Tech Stack Enablement: Gain proficiency in enterprise sales tools, CRM platforms, and prospecting intelligence databases.
Persona & Pitch Mastery: Learn key decision-maker personas across HR, IT, Customer Experience, and Marketing departments.

Phase 2: Active Execution & Co-Selling
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct targeted outbound campaigns (calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach) to identify key opportunities.
Meeting Generation: Partner with Account Executives to set qualified discovery meetings with prospective clients.
Sales Project: Execute a strategic market/territory analysis project to optimize target outreach.
Client Engagement: Shadow and participate in live, client-facing discovery meetings with senior sales team members.

Phase 3: High Impact & Capstone
Autonomous Pipeline Creation: Drive daily outreach activity and generate qualified sales pipeline.
Leadership Scorecard: Present your accomplishments, activity metrics, and project outcomes to Professional Sales Leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Skillbridge Eligibility: Currently an Active Duty U.S. Military Service Member with command approval to participate in a DoD Skillbridge internship within 180 days of discharge/retirement.
Core Qualities: Self-starter mindset, resilience, competitive drive, coachability, and strong verbal/written communication skills.
Problem-Solving Ability: Proven ability to navigate complex challenges, think strategically, and work effectively in team environments.
Passion for Sales: Strong desire to launch a long-term commercial career in the technology software industry. (Prior sales experience is welcomed, but not required).

The Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model: Our hybrid model gathers in the office three days a week (Mondays, Thursdays, plus one day selected by leadership). These in-person days foster collaboration, innovation, and strong team culture.

Skillbridge interns are paid directly by the military/DOD and therefore not eligible for compensation from Qualtrics.
