Senior Marketing Coordinator – GoHighLevel, Social Media & Marketing Operations | Remote
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours — PST Required
About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support marketing execution, CRM workflows, social media, content coordination, executive operations, and day-to-day business execution.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a high-level marketing strategy position.
You’ll work directly with leadership and help keep multiple areas of the business running smoothly, including:

GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows and CRM management
•
Social media content and engagement
•
Email marketing and follow-ups
•
Executive and administrative coordination
•
Content creation and organization
•
Lead generation and prospect research
•
Marketing and operational workflows

What You’ll Own
Executive & Operational Coordination
•
Support leadership with day-to-day scheduling and administrative coordination
•
Manage calendars, communication workflows, and task follow-through
•
Maintain organized project trackers and operational systems
•
Keep priorities, deadlines, and action items visible and moving
•
Identify workflow gaps, bottlenecks, and missed follow-ups before they become problems
•
Help leadership stay organized and execution-focused
Marketing Execution & Social Media
Create, schedule, and publish content across:
•
LinkedIn
•
Facebook
•
Instagram
•
Online communities
You’ll also:
•
Manage comments, DMs, and audience engagement
•
Maintain consistent brand messaging across channels
•
Track engagement and update reporting dashboards
•
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and program launches
•
Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules
GoHighLevel CRM & Email Marketing
•
Build and manage workflows inside GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms
•
Execute:
•
Email campaigns
•
Nurture sequences
•
Outreach campaigns
•
Follow-up workflows
•
Maintain clean and accurate CRM records
•
Manage pipeline and lead organization
•
Track participant, prospect, and customer communication
•
Ensure no lead or follow-up falls through the cracks
Content Creation & Coordination
Create and edit:
•
Short-form videos
•
Social media graphics
•
Marketing assets
•
Branded content
Work with tools such as:
•
Canva
•
CapCut
•
Veed
•
OpusClips
Organize and format:
•
Guides
•
Scripts
•
Worksheets
•
Program materials
•
Digital resources
Ensure content remains organized, current, accessible, and consistent with brand standards.
Research & Lead Generation
•
Research Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
•
Build and organize prospect lists
•
Support outbound lead generation and outreach campaigns
•
Conduct market and prospect research
•
Assist with minor website updates, account setup, and digital platform coordination
•
Compile research and reports for leadership
Communication & Administrative Support
•
Maintain professional written communication across email, Slack, and other channels
•
Organize inboxes and prioritize urgent communication
•
Follow up on outstanding tasks and requests
•
Keep shared folders, documentation, and digital systems organized
•
Support smooth communication between leadership, clients, prospects, and other stakeholders
Requirements – Must Have
Experience
Experience in one or more of the following:
•
Marketing Coordination
•
Marketing Operations
•
Executive Assistance
•
Operations Support
•
Digital Marketing Support
Experience supporting founders, coaches, consultants, startups, or entrepreneurial businesses is strongly preferred.

Hands-on experience with:
•
GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar CRM / marketing automation platform
•
CRM workflows

Email campaigns

Lead management

Pipeline organization

Content & Social Media
Experience managing:
