Your Role:
Responsibilities
•
Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans
•
Teach communication, daily living, and social skills
•
Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs
•
Support families through parent training and consistent communication
•
Work Environment - This job operates in a client’s home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
What You Bring:
Requirements
•
1+ year experience with children
•
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
•
A passion for helping children grow and succeed
•
Reliable transportation to client homes in Lexington
Job Details:

Part-time: 15+ hours/week
•
Pay: $17–$22/hr

Training: 40 hour online required once hired
