About the role
Ready to take your sales game worldwide? At Pebl, we help companies hire, grow, and thrive across 185+ countries without borders holding them back. We’re looking for a driven Account Executive based in Germany to help companies of all sizes expand their global footprint — and you’ll be the one making it happen.
You won’t just hit quota, you’ll exceed it. You’ll identify opportunities, open doors, build champions within organizations, and guide them toward a bold future of global growth. You’ll do it with the backing of a high-growth, high-energy team that values collaboration, creativity, and results.
This role is remote-based in Germany and reports to the Vice President of Regional EMEA Sales.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
•
Own your book. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention, expansion, and long-term growth across the DACH region and beyond.
•
Prospect with purpose. Leverage outbound campaigns, marketing initiatives, and partner networks to uncover and close new opportunities within your accounts.
•
Deliver results. Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining accurate, proactive forecasts.
•
Lead with insight. Develop deep expertise in our services, industry landscape, and competitive positioning to confidently advise clients.
•
Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to maximize account impact.
•
Influence the business. Share client insights and market feedback to shape strategy and keep us ahead of the curve.
Let’s Connect If You Have:
•
Have 3+ years of SaaS sales experience or EOR, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with consistent quota attainment.
•
Have a proven track record of exceeding targets, with the data to back it up.
•
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) — you’ll work with clients and colleagues across both markets daily.
•
Bring a consultative, strategic selling approach. You diagnose before you prescribe and focus on long-term value creation.
•
Demonstrate strong curiosity and business acumen. You can quickly absorb complex information and translate it into clear, compelling solutions.
•
Show resilience and ownership. You take accountability for results and remain steady through challenges.
•
Have a global mindset and are comfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zones.
•
Willingness to travel (approximately 20%) to strengthen client relationships, both within Germany and internationally.
•
The right to work in Germany.
•
Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferred, though demonstrated performance and impact matter most.

Compensation for our GTM roles is flexible and determined based on level, experience, and market data informed by the Radford Global Compensation Survey — ensuring every offer is both competitive and reflective of what you bring to the table.
