You will own Northern California and build it from roughly $10M in ARR into a billion-dollar revenue business.
This is a true GM role. You will set the strategy, make the key bets, build the team and operating model, and own the results. You will decide where we grow, what we prioritize, and what needs to change as the business scales.
You need to be equally comfortable operating at 10,000 feet and one inch. At 10,000 feet, you will shape the market strategy, identify the biggest growth opportunities, and design the organization and operating model for scale. At one inch, you will work directly with physicians and frontline teams to solve problems, fix broken processes, unblock growth, and improve the experience.
A major part of the role is building AI-native operations from the ground up. You will rethink how the business should run, not just automate what already exists. That means using technology to drive speed, consistency, and scale, while knowing where human judgment, trust, and hands-on support are essential.
