We’re partnering with the largest community care organization in the world to completely reimagine how they run revenue cycle operations — from the moment a referral comes in to the moment a claim gets paid. You’ll be designing systems from scratch, iterating rapidly against real customer specs, and shipping software that directly transforms how a massive healthcare organization operates. The problems are big, ambiguous, and genuinely novel — think real-time bulk insurance eligibility checks, AI-driven detection of payment variances against thousands of insurer contracts, intelligent patient outreach, and modernized intake and referral workflows, all operating at enterprise scale. You’ll work on a small, high-ownership team where your code, your product judgment, and your ability to move fast all matter equally.
