Brunswick Group is seeking an experienced Executive to join our growing Singapore office.
This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, transactions advisory, equity research, investor relations, financial communications, law, regulatory advisory, public affairs, or corporate affairs who is looking to apply their analytical, strategic and advisory skills in a dynamic environment.
At Brunswick, we advise many of the world’s most influential companies, investors, financial sponsors, institutions and law firms on high-stakes situations where reputation, business strategy, regulation, and stakeholder engagement intersect. Our work spans M&A, shareholder engagement, IPOs, capital raisings, activism defence, litigation and regulatory matters, crisis and issues management, financial results communications, public policy challenges, and broader corporate reputation mandates.
You will work closely with senior Brunswick advisors and corporate leaders across Singapore, Southeast Asia and internationally, helping clients navigate complex strategic situations and communicate effectively with investors, regulators, media, employees, policymakers, and other key stakeholders.
