Job Summary
The Psychiatrist Supervisor will help clinicians evaluate cases, improve treatment planning, address clinical concerns, and maintain high standards of care. This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who enjoys consultation and mentorship.
Responsibilities

Provide scheduled virtual supervision.
•
Review complex psychiatric and behavioral health cases.
•
Assist with treatment and referral decisions.
•
Offer guidance on risk management and documentation.
•
Support clinician development through feedback.
Requirements
•
MD or DO degree.
•
Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
•
Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
•
Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
•
Supervision or leadership experience preferred.
