Qualifications and skills
1.More than 5 years experience/knowledge of Power electronics (OBC, DCDC, HV Cables, HV Charger) & Technologies like PCB, PCBA, Active /Passive Electronics components, Casting, machining, Stamping, Injection molding, Assembly in the function of Product Development, Cost Engineering, Purchasing, SQE/STA, Lean Manufacturing or Value Engineering;

Strong knowledge of EV Power Electronics systems, specifically DC-DC Converters and On-Board Chargers (OBC), including power conversion topologies, Filtering concepts, control strategies, and HV/LV architectures.
3.Experience on BOM cost calculation, DtC/VAVE from supply chain, material and manufacturing process;
4.Stamping / forging technology manufacturing and costing knowledge;
5.English written & oral, overseas study experience is a plus;
6.Bachelor or above degree in electronics, mechanical, industrial engineering or related area;
7.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
8.Strong adaptability and flexibility, innovative spirit;
