* Perform rework tasks such as:
A) Jlead, Gullwing, & Inductors - Remove & Replace
B) SOIC/D-Pak/QFP - Remove & Replace
C) Chip/MELF - Remove & Replace
D) Through-Hole Parts - Remove & Replace
* Must be proficient in using a hot air pencil
* Must be proficient in using a Solder Sucker
* Must be proficient in cleaning the Solder Sucker
* Must be proficient in the use of Board Heater/Hot Plate
* Must be proficient in Coating Removal (acrylic, epoxy, silicone, urethane)
* Must be proficient in Coating Touch-Up (acrylic, epoxy, silicone, urethane)
* Must be proficient in removing and replacing Bonding, Staking, & RTV
* Must be proficient in Masking Repair
* Must be proficient in the use of the Solder Pot (Pb/Pb-Free)
* Must be proficient in Modifications (Jumper Wires)
* Must be proficient in Parylene Removal
* Execute repair procedures according to established documentation, schematics, and best practices.
* Utilize various testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) to verify repairs and product performance.
* Document all repair activities, including fault descriptions, actions taken, and test results, accurately and completely.
* Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all safety protocols and ESD requirements.
* Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical skills and repair processes.
* May assist in the rework of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and other electronic components.
