· Serves as the primary professional writing tutor for Middlebury students, assisting undergraduate students at all stages of the writing process across multiple subject areas and genres.
· In coordination with Writing Center director, designs and leads trainings and workshops for peer writing tutors.
· Plans and conducts campus outreach, information sessions and workshops for students and faculty, and manages drop-in hours for the Writing Center.
· With Writing Center director, establishes and maintains metrics for assessing outcomes and trends. Leverages data analytics to track and evaluate student progress, engagement, and impact.
· Supports Writing Center director in managing administration of the Writing Center, including events such as the Paul Ward Prize ceremony and assigning workloads among peer writing tutors and Writing Center staff.
· Coordinates with other CTLR units to maintain and staff the CTLR space in the Davis Library.
· Participates in CTLR-wide meetings on peer tutor programs and tutor training, sharing data and lessons across units dedicated to academic coaching.
