As Rilla scales, the office is the engine everything else runs on, and right now there’s no one who owns it end to end. This is a founding role to build it.
You’ll own the physical space, the daily experience of being in the office, and the systems that get new people productive from day one.
Today this work is scattered and manual. Your job is to turn office and workplace operations into a system that runs itself — so a team of builders working ~60 hours a week in person never has to think about whether the space, the food, the supplies, or the onboarding “just works.”
It does, because you built it that way.
We’re looking for someone who reaches for AI and automation before the manual grind, treats logistics as a system to engineer, and takes extreme ownership of a space and a team’s daily experience.
You’ll sit on our BizOps team and work across HR, finance, engineering, and leadership, the connective tissue that keeps everyone moving fast.
