About ECommerce at Nitro:
The ECommerce team is part of the Revenue Marketing team at Nitro. We are responsible for the revenue and growth for our ECommerce motion. We also connect the dots between our ECommerce customers and their journey and our Enterprise CS and Sales team, ensuring our customers are supported in the way they want with a seamless customer experience.
The Role:
We are looking for a commercially focused Director of ECommerce, based in Dublin, to lead the team responsible for ECommerce revenue at Nitro. As Director of ECommerce, you’ll own the ECommerce revenue number and will be responsible for increasing conversion and maximising revenue while improving the experience our customers have as they trial our software, purchase, renew and manage their subscriptions. This role is for someone who considers themselves a marketer, a salesperson, and cares deeply about customer and product experiences. You like to be hands-on, deep in data, and are excited to see your work translate into revenue success.
What you’ll be doing:
•
With the VP of Revenue Marketing define the revenue plan for ECommerce, including critical inputs and data required to achieve the plan
•
Work with teams including product, IT, finance, sales, operations, marketing
•
Own our ECommerce tech stack powered by Stripe and vendor alignment to ensure a seamless buying and adoption process for our online buyers
•
Own, monitor, and drive the ECommerce number, and you will also partner with the wider marketing team to align and drive overall revenue for the organization
•
Partner with the performance marketing, web and operations team to utilise all digital channels to drive to EComm revenue goals. Drive a consistent program of testing and optimizations to improve our EComm experience
•
Maintain the eCommerce road map and project plans for relevant priorities. Ensure this is communicated, updated, and shared across the organisation
We’d love to hear from you if you:
•
Care deeply about delivering against revenue goals for an organization
•
Have prior experience working in a business that has both EComm sales and direct sales
•
Have strong analytical skills
•
Have a bias toward action that leads to revenue outcomes
•
Can be both hands-on and strategic and can distill complex issues into simple solutions that get us to the goal
•
Can tailor your communication to a variety of audiences at all levels of the organisation, cutting through opinions with data
•
Are comfortable working across multiple parts of the organisation to achieve your goals
•
Have experience working with our tech stack including Stripe, HubSpot, Intercom and Tableau
•
Have owned a revenue number and can show examples of how you have positively increased this month over month
•
Have previous experience with SEO/AEO
