As Compliance Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, governance and execution of compliance and risk standards across Diageo’s Beer Category Primary Logistics operations throughout Europe.
You’ll play a critical role in embedding best-in-class compliance practices across multiple locations and third-party logistics (3PL) partners, fostering a strong culture of compliance, governance, risk awareness and continuous improvement. Your work will help protect Diageo’s reputation, ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, and drive operational excellence across our European logistics network.
This role supports operations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, all Primary Logistics 3PL locations across Europe, and additional European markets where required. Working across both Diageo-managed and third-party logistics environments, you’ll provide compliance leadership and governance support across a complex, multi-site logistics network.
As a key member of the Primary Logistics Leadership Team, you’ll contribute to strategic decision-making, risk management, governance and business continuity planning. While the role has no direct reports, you’ll deliver results through strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing across internal teams and external partners.
