Responsibilities
-Responsibilities: 1. Promote personal loan products by telephone for the list of high-quality DBS card holders and provide professional financial consulting to achieve the company’s performance goals. 2. Feedback the status and suggestions to the supervisor. 3. Response and handling of customer problems about personal loan business. 4. Familiar with the professional knowledge required for the work, computer operation and understanding of the company’s operating procedures and compliance with company regulations.
