Cook Job Duties:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
•
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
•
Help with catering events and special functions as needed
•
Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
•
Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations
•
Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks
-Execute safe knife handling skills and safe use of all kitchen equipment
