As a Software Engineer on the AI Platform team, you’ll design and build the backend systems, integrations, and automation that power intelligent, AI-driven experiences across the organization. You’ll own services end to end — from rapid iteration to long-term reliability — while helping bring modern AI capabilities like retrieval, agents, and LLM tooling into production. This is a highly collaborative, engineering-first role: you’ll work across teams to turn AI capabilities into scalable, well-instrumented systems, and you’ll build the enterprise knowledge infrastructure (similarity search, vector databases, retrieval pipelines) that these systems depend on. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals, a solid grasp of modern AI system patterns, and clear technical communication.
