Graduate Degree, or a relevant experience of 5 years in case of a graduate diploma
Minimum 3 years of working experience within the aviation industry
Excellent spoken and written English level
Proficient with Microsoft Office Skills or Google Applications/Workspace
Structured reporting, organizational rigor, and the ability to work with full autonomy
Familiarity with Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain domains at an airline or an MRO
Basic knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance activities, Material Management, and Project Management
Competent in Skywise, Qlik Sense, or specific database/dashboard tool development
Strong sense of rigor, organization, initiative, and an ability to guide and coach team members
Able to work independently, manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously, and determine the best resolution paths under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and “drum beat” resolutions across heterogeneous FHS networks and external suppliers
Highly structured, rigorous approach to root-cause analysis for complex technical blockages and abnormal situations
Multi-cultural awareness with a dedicated focus on building a feeling of belonging and supporting newcomer integration
Demonstrated ability to influence department heads without direct authority, translating complex technical blockages into clear business impacts.
