Education, Licensure, & Experience
•
Current unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice or reciprocal state required
•
Current CPR/BLS and First Aid certification required
•
Minimum of five (5) years of nursing leadership experience required
•
Experience supervising multi-site or multi-program nursing operations preferred
•
Experience with regulatory surveys, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives preferred
•
Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, and co-occurring disorder programs preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, and reach with hands and arms. The employee may occasionally climb stairs, stoop, twist, kneel, or crouch. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds and seldom lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
This role operates across clinical program settings and corporate environments and requires regular travel between assigned facilities. The employee must provide their own transportation. Employees may be exposed to behavioral health environments, including clients experiencing psychiatric, behavioral, or medical crises, and may encounter exposure to viruses, diseases, or infections.
