To be considered for this Postdoctoral Research Associate position, candidates must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, computational neuroscience, neuroscience, computer science, hearing science, psychology, applied mathematics, or a related field. Applicants must demonstrate strong research skills, experience with quantitative data analysis and statistical methods, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should also demonstrate the ability to work effectively in collaborative, interdisciplinary research teams and with diverse research participant populations. Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: computational programming, computational modeling or simulation, auditory neuroscience, cochlear implants, auditory electrophysiology, psychophysics, or speech perception research. Candidates with strong computational or programming backgrounds who are interested in applying their expertise to auditory neuroscience and cochlear implant research are encouraged to apply.
