We’re looking for an Organic Growth Manager to help us expand our reach, impact, and grow our patient-base. In this role, you’ll turn search data, audience insights, and channel experimentation into strategies that drive awareness, trust, and growth for our brand.
As our Organic Growth Manager, you’ll own the engine that helps men discover accessible, stigma-free care for conditions like erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight management, and testosterone optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to improve visibility, authority, and performance across organic channels. Together, you’ll push organic growth across every channel, from traditional search to AI-powered discovery to social channels.
This role is as much about building the foundation as it is about driving results. You’ll have the autonomy to define the strategy, run the experiments, and set the standard for how Phoenix grows organically. Your ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution will directly shape how we attract, educate, and convert our customers.
