Arrow Electronics has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Solutions Engineer who will be located in Bulgaria. This position will be responsible for consulting Arrow’s clients in a global, complex, and rapidly growing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•
Providing technical assistance to the Arrow ECS product team in promoting the market solutions supported by the engineer
•
Supporting business partners in selecting solutions appropriate for end customers’ needs through consultation by e-mail, phone, remote meetings, and meetings at the customer’s site
•
Promoting knowledge of products and technologies among business partners and end customers, most often through webinars, workshops, or conferences
•
Providing technical support to business partners during proof-of-concept (POC) testing and solution implementations at end customers
•
Continuously expanding knowledge of the solutions and technologies included in the company’s offering
•
Participating in technical training and certification to confirm acquired knowledge
•
Cooperating with technical engineers from the vendor of the given solution
What we are looking for:
•
Higher technical education, preferably in IT-related fields
•
Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies (AI technologies)
•
Fluency in Bulgarian
•
Communicative knowledge of English enabling the understanding of technical documentation, participation in training, and ongoing communication with international vendors
•
Knowledge and experience confirmed by certification in one of the solutions from the IBM Software portfolio (Watsonx, Maximo, Cognos, Instana, Turbonomic) will be an additional advantage
•
Category B driving licence
