As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to help bring meaningful customer solutions to life. You’ll contribute in real time during discovery, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery, providing the business rules, constraints, and operational context that help make ideas buildable. You’ll support the squad by translating compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear, actionable guidance, while building a strong understanding of the systems and processes that power our products. In a regulated financial services environment, your work will help identify risks early, surface dependencies, and support thoughtful delivery. As a member of the Business Analysis team, you’ll be supported in your craft development and career growth by your Director while contributing day-to-day to your squad’s goals and outcomes.
