Job Summary
Provide Tier I/II technical support in a U.S. Air Force enterprise environment, ensuring reliable operation of mission systems and end-user devices. Support NIPRNet and base-level IT infrastructure while maintaining strict adherence to Air Force and DoD cybersecurity, asset accountability, and configuration management requirements
Roles and Responsibilities
•
Provide on-site for desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, eTools and mobile devices across Air Force networks (NIPRNet).
•
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
•
Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based systems and approved applications.
•
Image and deploy systems using tools such as MECM/SCCM.
•
Maintain lifecycle accountability of IT assets in compliance with Air Force procedures.
•
Track assets using systems such as AFEMS or ITAMS.
•
Perform receipt, tagging, issuance, transfer, and disposal of equipment.
•
Conduct inventory audits and ensure documentation accuracy.
•
Coordinate repairs, warranties, and refresh cycles.
•
Ensure proper data sanitization per NIST 800-88 standards.
•
Use remedy to document and track maintenance actions.
Basic Qualifications
•
Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)
•
CompTIA A+ CE or higher
•
Windows enterprise support experience
•
Knowledge of asset management processes

•
3 years of experience providing desktop support in USAF environment
