The Business Systems Analyst is part of the Information Systems team at the College of Dentistry. This role focuses on the effective use, administration, and continuous improvement of technology solutions that enhance the College’s clinical, academic, and administrative domains. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to analyze business processes, document requirements and workflows, and support the implementation and optimization of technology solutions.
The position serves as the primary point of contact for Electronic Health Record (EHR) onboarding and access management processes. In this capacity, the Business Systems Analyst helps ensure users have appropriate access to key systems and that onboarding activities are completed in accordance with established procedures, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
The role will also support academic systems at the College, including our Simulation Lab software and our lecture capture and recording software.
Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Information Technology, the Business Systems Analyst collaborates with senior analysts and the EHR project team to support system administration, business analysis, process improvement, user support, documentation, and operational readiness across the College’s technology portfolio
