About the role
A leading company in the Food Manufacturing industry, is looking to hire Export Executive to join our team and support the expansion of our international FMCG business. The role will be responsible for managing export operations, coordinating international logistics, supporting export sales, and representing the company at major international food exhibitions.

Responsibilities
•
Manage day-to-day export operations, ensuring orders and shipments are processed accurately and on time.
•
Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth export processes.
•
Handle international logistics, shipping documentation, and Incoterms in line with company procedures.
•
Support export sales activities, including customer communication, order follow-up, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
•
Manage and coordinate the company’s participation in major international food exhibitions, including SIAL, Gulfood, and Anuga, covering logistics, preparation, customer meetings, and sales execution.
•
Identify and follow up on new international business opportunities and potential customers.
•
Maintain strong relationships with existing international customers and distributors.
•
Monitor sales targets and export performance, ensuring achievement of assigned objectives.
•
Prepare export-related reports and provide updates on sales, orders, shipments, and market activities.
•
Coordinate internally with Sales, Finance, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
