We are looking to hire high-energy, entrepreneurial and value-adding graduate talent to join Blenheim Chalcot in a role dedicated entirely to Scale Space, one of the businesses within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio.

At Blenheim Chalcot, we invest more than just funds. We invest our knowledge and experience, our ideas and infrastructure. Our ventures are at the forefront of a multitude of industries being disrupted by digital, including FinTech, EdTech, GovTech, Media, Sport, Charity and more.
We are highly entrepreneurial and seek opportunities where digital technologies can disrupt major markets. Ventures we have built include ClearScore, Salary Finance, Modulr and the Rajasthan Royals cricket team.
Many of the companies within the portfolio have materialised from ideas conceived and launched by us, and we have over 4,000 employees supporting their growth and development. Our assets under management stand at more than £1.8bn and total portfolio revenue is over £500 million.
We work closely with investment and strategic partners including PayPal, FIS, L&G, Tencent, Experian, Google, Worldpay, Imperial College and some of the leading venture capital and private equity companies internationally.
Our central team, Venture Builder Services (VBS), exists to support our ventures to be successful quickly, sustainably and with access to best-practice tools, solutions and expertise. We provide a range of services to help new businesses get off the ground, including technology, growth, talent, finance, legal and tax.
IMPACT BEYOND PROFIT
15% of our partnerships and ventures are charities. These include the British Asian Trust, Babyzone and OnSide Youth Zones. In the same way that we support our ventures, our Partners provide direct hands-on support to these charities by being active board members and offering expert advice.

Scale Space is a community and workspace designed to bring together ambitious businesses, entrepreneurs, scale-ups and innovators.
Based in White City, Scale Space provides more than just flexible workspace. It creates an environment where growing businesses can connect, collaborate and access the networks, expertise and opportunities they need to scale.
The team works across community, events, partnerships, operations and customer experience to ensure that members receive a high-quality experience while helping to build a connected and ambitious business community.
THE GRADUATE OPPORTUNITY
Joining Blenheim Chalcot as a Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment while working exclusively with Scale Space.
You will be embedded within the Scale Space team and contribute to meaningful projects across the business, while benefiting from Blenheim Chalcot’s learning, development and employee benefits.
For you as a graduate, this opportunity involves:

Dedicated to Scale Space – although you will be employed by Blenheim Chalcot, your role will sit fully within Scale Space. Your day-to-day work, projects and objectives will be focused entirely on supporting Scale Space and its growth, giving you the opportunity to build deep experience within a fast-moving and entrepreneurial business.

Training & Development – we pride ourselves on having an intentional and continuous learning and development culture at Blenheim Chalcot. You will have access to BC learning and development opportunities designed to strengthen your core professional, commercial and leadership skills, while applying that learning directly to your work at Scale Space. You will learn by doing, taking on real responsibility and developing quickly within the Scale Space team.

Early Careers Development – as a BC graduate, you will have access to structured development opportunities designed for those early in their careers. These will support your professional growth while your substantive role remains fully dedicated to Scale Space.

Graduate Community – you will be part of the wider BC graduate community, with access to relevant learning sessions, networking opportunities and socials. This community is intended to support your development and connection with fellow graduates; your substantive role and day-to-day responsibilities will remain entirely within Scale Space.

Accountability – you will be given meaningful responsibility from the outset and supported to take ownership of work that matters. Rather than rotating between businesses, you will build continuity and depth within Scale Space and see the direct impact of your work on the business, its members and the wider community.

We are not expecting you to have worked in start-ups before or to have studied a tech-related degree. For us, it is about hiring the right person and their potential, not just their experience.

Stage 1: Telephone interview with a member of the BC Talent Team.
Stage 2: Virtual assessment day, consisting of both individual and group activities.
Stage 3: Final interviews with Blenheim Chalcot and Scale Space at Scale Space, White City.
