We’re seeking a Senior Associate Director of Experiential Learning to help lead that transformation. This newly created role offers the rare opportunity to shape a university-wide initiative from the ground up. You’ll establish standards, create scalable processes, develop strategic partnerships, and help define how experiential learning is delivered across the university. You’ll lead the development and operation of experiential learning at Brandeis, including internships, applied research partnerships, field-based projects, shadowing, fellowships, and community-engaged work, serving undergraduate and graduate students across all five schools.
Working closely with employers, alumni, faculty, donors, IT, and campus partners, you’ll develop partnerships, create systems and processes, and help connect students with meaningful opportunities outside the classroom. You’ll also help shape how high-impact experiences are recognized alongside students’ academic achievements, contributing to a university-wide framework that documents learning from the classroom to the street. .
