We are looking for a FACILITY MANAGER (M,K,X) to join our Distribution Center.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the facility infrastructure, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and delivering projects that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
•
Ensure DC operations comply with standards and local regulations,
•
Maintain the DC facility and infrastructure in optimal condition,
•
Achieve DC goals and action plans,
•
Supervise new investments and projects,
•
Understand and manage contract and tender requirements,
•
Coordinate supervision of external contractors on-site,
•
Ensure external contractors fulfill obligations and agreements.
•
Maintain accurate technical documentation for DC installations and equipment,
•
Collaborate closely with the Security & Safety Manager to develop a unified approach to DC issues,
•
Initiate sustainable processes and review existing systems from a sustainability perspective,
•
Manage budgeting processes for Facility and MHE, working with the DC Manager,
•
Supervise training of subordinate employees in all relevant areas, including facility maintenance.
