4 to 7 years of experience in CRO, conversion optimisation, digital product, or UX-focused growth roles. This is a CRO/UX-led role — it is not a paid media, SEO/content, or traditional e-commerce/platform management role (e.g. Shopify, marketplaces, catalogue management, or merchandising).

Builds with AI, not just uses it — has personally designed or deployed AI-powered workflows, automations, or agents to solve business problems. Treats AI as a systems-building capability rather than simply a copywriting or ideation tool.

Hands-on experience improving website UI/UX, designing and iterating on page components, and refining value propositions and conversion-focused copy.

Proven track record of improving landing page and funnel conversion performance, with measurable outcomes.

Hands-on experience with experimentation, analytics, and behavioural tools such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of CRO, user behaviour, funnel optimisation, and customer decision-making.

Cross-functional experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, and/or Marketing teams to ship on-site improvements.
