As a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist, you will provide day-to-day psychosocial rehabilitation services that support individuals in achieving treatment goals and improving community functioning. You will facilitate educational and skill-building activities, assist with treatment plan implementation, coordinate client engagement opportunities, provide transportation as needed, and contribute to a positive, recovery-focused environment. This role combines direct client interaction, group facilitation, advocacy, and teamwork to help clients achieve greater independence and overall wellness.

Facilitate psychosocial rehabilitation education sessions under the guidance of clinical leadership.
•
Plan, organize, and lead engaging groups, community outings, and therapeutic activities that support client recovery goals.
•
Advocate for clients and assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
•
Perform client orientation, education, referral coordination, recordkeeping, and team planning activities.
•
Build positive therapeutic relationships and serve as an encouraging role model for clients.
•
Transport clients and perform business-related travel using agency vehicles as needed.
•
Monitor the program environment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with program expectations.
•
Communicate observations and concerns with the treatment team to support quality client care.
•
Participate in staff meetings and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
•
Support organizational goals and perform additional duties as assigned.
