You’ll join our Organisation and Workforce Transformation team in Auckland as a Director.
Our team works with large private and public sector organisations to solve complex people, workforce and organisational challenges. We help clients make practical decisions about how their organisation should be designed, how work should be delivered, how leaders can support change, and how people experience work.
Our work spans organisation design, workforce strategy and planning, change management, culture, leadership, employee experience, learning, inclusion, workforce analytics, remuneration, HR technology and service delivery.
We are also focused on how technology, data and responsible AI are changing work. This includes helping clients understand the skills, structures, leadership practices and workforce models they need for the future.
While our work spans a broad range of organisation and workforce challenges, we are particularly interested in leaders who bring deep expertise in organisation design, change management and/or workforce redesign, complemented by broader organisation and workforce transformation experience. We are looking for individuals who can help grow our business through the strength of their relationships, and a strong market profile and eminence in their area of expertise. Candidates will bring an understanding of workforce redesign and future-of-work challenges, particularly in the context of AI-enabled organisations, and be excited by the opportunity to help clients navigate increasingly complex organisational and workforce transformation agendas.
As a Director you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering transformational outcomes for our clients. You will be recognised as a trusted advisor to senior executives, leading large-scale transformation engagements, driving business growth, developing high-performing teams and bringing innovative solutions to the market.
You will combine strategic thinking with practical execution to help organisations navigate complex change, align stakeholders, and realise the full value of transformation initiatives.
You will bring depth in organisation and workforce transformation, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to lead teams through complex work. You will work closely with Partners, other Directors and teams across Deloitte New Zealand and our global network to bring relevant thinking, methods and experience to our clients.
This role suits an experienced consulting or advisory leader who is comfortable balancing hands-on delivery, quality assurance, client relationship leadership, market development and contribution to the wider Human Capital leadership team.
