We’re looking for experience across as many growth/marketing areas as possible. You won’t have worked on all of these, but here’s what we love to see:
Growth Mindset & Analytics

Treat every channel as a scientific process: hypotheses, A/B tests, metrics, iteration

Set and track KPIs across the full funnel

Collaborate with the team to turn product and recruiting insights into campaigns and experiments
Outbound & Demand Generation

Own and scale cold email programs to companies and top talent
