CRM & Customer Engagement Specialist

Our Commercial Benelux organization consists of talented experts working in fields including sales, marketing, market entry, digital, commercial management and veterinary medicine. They all share a passion for making our medicines, vaccines, services and solutions available to animals and the people who care for them.
To strengthen the Data & Commercial Excellence Team within Animal Health Benelux, we are looking for a Digital Marketing & Data Specialist for our location in Boxmeer or Brussels.
This role is a driving force in implementing our ambition of delivering best‑in‑class field force performance and an exceptional digital customer experience.
About the role
In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of commercial and operational customer data while acting as a key contributor to our CRM ecosystem and omnichannel engagement strategy. You will help maintain a single, reliable customer view across systems, support CRM data governance, and drive the effective use of customer insights to improve business performance.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and IT teams, you will enhance our omnichannel engagement capabilities so that our field force and marketing teams can deliver more personalized, connected, and impactful customer experiences.
Your work directly supports data-driven decision-making, CRM excellence, and the optimization of both in-person and digital interactions across the customer journey.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to
Data Quality & CRM Support
•
Serve as a key CRM steward, ensuring customer master data is maintained accurately and in line with governance standards.
•
Monitor CRM data quality KPIs and perform hands-on validation and cleansing of key datasets to proactively improve data completeness, consistency, accuracy and user adoption.
•
Support CRM users by providing guidance, resolving data-related issues, and promoting best practices across the organization.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
•
Leverage CRM data and customer insights to support audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and personalized customer engagement.
•
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to continuously improve CRM processes, user adoption, and omnichannel customer journeys.
•
Support the implementation of CRM enhancements and new customer engagement capabilities in alignment with business objectives.
•
Manage and maintain digital platforms such as websites, event tools and Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys to deliver seamless, personalized experiences.
Your profile
•
A Bachelor’s degree.
•
You have a solid understanding of data governance principles.
•
You have at least 3 years of experience working with CRM and BI tools (such as Salesforce and Power BI).
•
You communicate clearly and effectively in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
•
You have a strong eye for detail, an analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
•
Experience with Veeva PromoMats is an advantage, but not a requirement, we’re happy to support your learning.
•
You live within a reasonable commuting distance of either our Boxmeer (Netherlands) or Brussels (Belgium) office.
