Responsibilities
•
Develop and maintain the digital channel platform for the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring seamless user experience and high availability
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the digital platform’s capabilities
•
Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously optimize the platform and address customer needs
•
Participate in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities to drive digital transformation
•
Provide technical expertise and support to the business stakeholders, ensuring the platform aligns with their requirements
•
Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for the digital channel platform
•
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements
•
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital platform development or a related field
•
Strong technical skills in web development, including proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies
•
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and project management practices
•
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
•
Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, user-centric digital solutions
•
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the digital banking landscape
