JOB DUTIES:
1.
Support for activities (including but not limited to Manufacturing Month, strategy meetings, CSR, Annual Party, T&A );
2.
Support data statistics (including but not limited to job certification, training, Employee information, recognition summary );
3.
Support all communications channel switch management.(Including AEM/ APS SharePoint/APS Weekly news/TV/Signage updates, etc.);
4.
Support recruiting, onboard, Job-change, re-org, contract renew, termination, retire process materials preparation;
5.
Support other tasks assigned by the leader.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.
College or university degree related to Computer Science , or Human Resources Management, is required;
2.
Excellent communication skills;
3.
Good at AI,office 365 software like Excel/PPT/Word/SharePoint/Power APP preferred;
4.
3-5 days per week on work is required.
